How It Works
Composite Score is a weighted average of all 6 category scores. Each category's weight is reduced by a staleness decay:
- Fresh (<1 hour): full weight
- 1-6 hours: linear decay to 50% of weight
- >6 hours: floor at 50% of weight
Regime: Composite > 0.3 = Improving, < -0.3 = Degrading, else Stable
Multiplier: 1.0 + (CompositeScore × 0.3), clamped to [0.7, 1.3]
